​Legal Form: Société en Commandité par Actions (S.C.A.)(Limited partnership) cualified as a SICAV-FIS with a Partenaire Général (PG), founded as a Sà rl.
​Fund Structure: «UMBRELLA FUND» with multiple compartments (initially with 1 active compartment) that allows reducing administrative costs, etc.

THE COMPARTMENT OF FUND

• Each Compartment is considered as an independent fund in which the distribution of the rights and obligations is realized on investors´ participations basis.
• The rights and obligations of the investors from each fund compartment are considered separately from those of the other compartments of the Fund.
• Regarding contractual commitments on the set of a Fund Compartments referring to third parties, there are ensured only the values and assets of the Fund compartment concerned (assets of such compartment).
